The community task force meetings have wrapped up, and the group has made a final recommendation to the school board.
The school board is currently evaluating this recommendation to ensure it aligns with our long-range planning goals and falls within our capacity to complete.
As a reminder, the goals of the task force were to:
- Review findings from our recent facilities assessment.
- Study the initial concepts developed during the fall of 2025.
- Provide input on district priorities and modernization options.
Develop a formal recommendation to the board for consideration.
Overall, the group did a fantastic job representing all of Madrid and was able to make a recommendation that will serve our students and community exceptionally well, both now and into the future!
