Welcome to Madrid Jr/Sr High School's JMC Online Parent Access System
This system provides parents with real-time information of student grade, lunch, and attendance information.
We ask that parents please take into consideration the following when using the system:
- All grades will be updated on Thursdays by 4:00 p.m. Some teachers may update more often than others at their own discretion.
- Large assignments/projects may require a longer period of time for teachers to grade. We ask that parents remain flexible in giving our teachers time to fairly and accurately grade student work before posting grades. This may mean that these scores are not available for 1-2 weeks after turn in.
- Please remember that this is a new system for our teachers, and as such, will take time for them to become familiarized with all aspects of the system.
- Please remember that grades will fluctuate during the course of a quarter and semester.
- Lesson plans are provided weekly as information about assignments and due dates. Based on instructional needs of a particular class, teachers may adapt/change assignments and dates at any time.
- Parents will be assigned a username and password by the district. Please DO NOT share your login information with anyone. If for any reason a new password is required, parents/guardians will need to make the request IN PERSON at the Jr/Sr High School office. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the sensitivity of student information and the responsibility the district has for safegaurding access to student data there will be no exceptions to this policy.
